I had a lovely evening out last night, and yet another night out tonight, that and going to see my therapist this afternoon so plenty to focus on. The weather is alot cooler but its now trying to sunshine so, perhaps all is not lost.Enjoy your day 

I am not sure what it is you mean, the exercises above can help a younger person up to the age of 20 or those in their twenties, that said ballet is all about shapes and turning out the legs and building up the thigh muscles may create space for fat deposits  the build up of thigh muscle may push the fat to another area so it may be possible, but my thoughts in posting were for younger members 

Good morning   wow! I am learning so much about my granddaughter in these few short days.  She learns quickly but burns out on things too.  She is a lot like me in that regard.  She took several types of dance, hip-hop, ballet and tap. She was very good at each but only lasted two years in each.  She was learning the Suzuki method of violin but quit after 2 years.  She was a drill team member but again only 2 years.  But everything she did like this she excelled at, before getting bored and moving on.     now I find she understands the political situation better than most.  Understands that there are a lot of kids who claim to be LGBT in high school that really aren’t, but it was the thing to try.  And is showing insight on many things I never expected.     well time to head to work. Good thing it’s just across the road.

I have to give a bitter chuckle about some of this.  40 years ago when I first began my tax job, I had to learn how to figure incomes of drug dealers based on quite a number of things, interestingly enough, many of the street drugs I had to learn about were Estrogen and Testosterone compounds.  They were as voluminous as Heroin in what was being sold back then, especially the newer Birth control pills being counterfeited in Mexico, many of which were as good as the actual prescription U.S. variety.  I can see the Black and Grey markets coming back for our stuff, and not much done about it.

T has already written the outcome of all of this with instructions of what to find, and by gosh and by golly his X spurts are going to find his conclusions on all of this.  SIGH!!!   Also, good old OZzy has forbidden that which is not done anyway. Dropping Hoover dam on his head will damage the dam and do him no harm.

How sad and scary. We're here for you! Hang in there, Ash!

I have came close a few times. My kids are the only reason I'm alive today. I was sent to the psych ward every time. They also sent me to impatient program 

Well today I found sound out about I'm allergic to cats. My lungs closed up while I was driving with the kids. I quickly pulled to the side. As things got dark I felt my EpiPen and injected my right thigh. The injection was closer to the waist hitting a nerve. Last Thursday I felt lumps in my breast. I went to the ER and the doctor felt the masses. I couldn't get a mammogram there. I'm waiting on word for my primary care to get back to me. I'm officially tossing the towel. I'm only seen as a sexual fantasy and nothing else. I just live in a horrible area and even online isn't any different. I'm just sick of everything.

@kat2 thanks 💗.   Will these exercises help improve the appearance of flat hips or 'hip dips', that inward curve at the top of the outer thigh, despite not having a naturally flared pelvic bone?

I used to have a lot of anxiety about going out in public dressed as a woman.  I scheduled a session with my therapist in the city to discuss my fears.   As it happened, a big blizzard was scheduled to blow in on that day.  Rather than risk being on the highway in a blizzard, I drove in the previous day and stayed overnight in a hotel.  I was able to hang out in a nightclub with some of my trans support group friends.  The next day, I had all morning to kill before my appointment, so I wandered about downtown, window-shopping, dressed as me.  That experience of being out in public for several hours, interacting with store clerks and wait staff, and just walking along the sidewalk with nobody paying the slightest attention to me cured me of my fears.    By the time I got to my therapist's office, I didn't need the session.  I did it anyway, but I knew I was okay.
