Many of us have found that a therapist was crucial to really learning about ourselves and how we wanted to move forward. Secrets have a way of eating at you. -

No ma'am I have not, I've tried to keep this side of myself a secret and that's what has caused so much stress. -

So far I am liking skirts , with a blouse, sundress, shorty shorts, with a Cami or tankie. I've tried using lip stick, eye shadow is all. Never fully dressed and no I haven't been out either. -

Again, welcome to TGP!! Others will jump in here soon and respond. You are in a safe space where you can ask questions, talk and explore. What types of clothes do you like to wear? Have you tried any make-up? Would you like to get out in public? -

Lots of us started out crossdressing and finding what suited us. And, many of us found that as much as we tried, we couldn't stop. We went through the buy/purge routine many times before figuring ourselves out. Some remained as crossdressers and others transitioned when we discovered our true selves. Have you considered working with a gender therapist? -

Been a while since I've been here. I have been suppressing my feminine feelings for a month or so now. Let my beard grow more, but I'm still growing my hair long. My wife badly wants to cut it. I'm not letting her touch it. It's been 30 years since I've had long hair probably. Another argument this past weekend that resulted in my Wife telling me I should date men and be gay. She then sent me pics of nude men she found on the internet to me. Of course I acted like the pics disgusted me, they didn't though. Tired of fighting. Truthfully we should go our separate ways. -

I love the names Heather and Kelley so it was an easy decision to pick them for my name. -

Hi, I'm Natie new here so I really could use a new friend to talk with me. I've got some choices to make in my life like am I going to keep Crossdressing or am I going to give it up, or try to keep hiding behind closed doors. I'm single and it's something I've been doing with bras and panties for a good while. I am now exploring more types of lingerie and clothes and I am finding I like it. -

Needing someone who will talk with me about my Crossdressing desires. I am in a stage of my life that's really challenging for me. So if you're interested in taking some time to listen I would try not to dump on you rite away lol. -

Hi everyone I'm Natie, brand new to the site. I'm looking forward to meeting friends here, I've got no one to talk about my Crossdressing desires. I'm very open minded, never been out dressed up, that's the purpose of this profile. Hopefully I can meet some great people who can build me up with courage and knowledge of the Crossdressing styles. Thanks Hope to talk soon. Natie Marie -
I struggle with feeling a fraud and internal guilt. Below wisdom great but difficult - how about you

It was when I accepted my truth and found self-love that I could wash away the guilt and the feelings of being a fraud. None of that is easy for any of us, but it can be done. Life changes when you do. -
I struggle with feeling a fraud and internal guilt. Below wisdom great but difficult - how about you

Something that's helped me with dealing with internal guilt was learning that that guilt is due to my innocence. I was shocked and amazed when I first learned this, as it seems totally counterintuitive. But think about it - it is in your innocence that you believe yourself to be guilty. Because what are you really guilty over? It's a naive innocence that allows that guilt to fester. The innocence associated with a lack of knowledge of who you really are - that vacuum is replaced with guilt. All religions and philosophies assert that knowing oneself is the highest pursuit. One can start by releasing and affirming - It is due to my innate innocence that I feel guilt. I surrender this guilt; it is not mine, it is not who I am. I replace it with ___ (think of what the opposite of guilt means to you in that moment). Then close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply, and imagine what it feels like to embody that positive quality. -

I have never felt any kind of guilt other than this is the hand that has been dealt to me, and to try and make the most of my life best i can.
